Welcome....its a great program to follow...you should take to it well having some experience of jogging not that long ago. Enjoy
Welcome to the forum and C25K, once you start your runs you shouldn't find it too difficult as you have ran in the past. Do keep to the program exactly as it says, always take at least one day off between running, better still if you can, keep to the same 3 days a week for your runs, that way you will have two days off running, ie. if your running days are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, you will not run on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, of course, it depends on what days you wish to run.

Do it do it 😊 it’s a great plan and I am now jogging for a full 30 minutes. If my back stops aching (cleaned the car too vigorously) I will be completing W9R3 very soon, something I did not think possible.
