No it's not you being dim, there isn't one on the app but CBDB did a spreadsheet of the 10k one and posted it, I'll go find that bk for you.
Here is the link to the post, the link is in the post and all the links for each run are there too

Thanks for the reply, I’ve now got a printed version of the plan document, I think there’s something wrong with the links though.
Instead of links to the podcasts or run accompaniments as such, the links just take you to the list of training plans that are on the app/website.
Are there guided runs on the app that correspond with the NRC 10k plan?
Again, possibly me being a bit thick, apologies if so and thanks in advance

Ahhhrrggghh, my links have died again!!! I checked last week, and they worked and I was hoping they’d stay alive.
But Nike does something behind the scenes every few months which makes my links go dead.
I will fix them at some point soon, but it does take an hour to do all the links so I need to find the time.
Annoyingly NRC never put a NRC plan on the app.
What I do when the links go dead is:
Every week, search out the 5 runs one by one, and for each save and download each of the 5 runs.
Then when you set off for a run, you go to saved runs, and they are all there. They also have a satisfying tick mark when you finished them.
The next week, I unsave all five, delete and download and save the next 5 for the next week.
It does take a bit of searching, but it’s less hassle than searching in the morning when you want to run.
Not sure this helps. But I will also see if I can update the links this weekend again.

CBDB Graduate 11 months ago hi bradders0807 , I’ve now updated the first 4 weeks of the 10k plan (available from healthunlocked.com/bridgeto... ) and will finish the last 4 weeks this weekend.
But feel free to try it. Let me know if you come across any links don’t work, and I’ll fix them.
