So today I managed my second run, I didn’t feel as tired so I feel it went a lot better, but from this I’m wondering how I will progress from short runs to longer ones πŸ˜… I mean I felt knackered at the end, Will this get better?

Trust the plan.

Each run prepares you for the next one.

You are doing great.......relax and enjoy it.

Well done for getting going. Don't look ahead, take each run as it comes and trust the programme. It is doable, but not necessarily easy!

Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi Darkbunny ! As the previous replies say - don’t worry about what is coming down the line because it will look daunting if not impossible. Concentrate on the next run and trust the plan to get you through each week. By the time you get to the end you will be able to run for 30 minutes and wondered why you were so worried! And yes, on some runs you’ll feel knackered - then next time you go out you’ll be fine! Good luck!
