Well done for getting going. Don't look ahead, take each run as it comes and trust the programme. It is doable, but not necessarily easy!

Hi Darkbunny ! As the previous replies say - donβt worry about what is coming down the line because it will look daunting if not impossible. Concentrate on the next run and trust the plan to get you through each week. By the time you get to the end you will be able to run for 30 minutes and wondered why you were so worried! And yes, on some runs youβll feel knackered - then next time you go out youβll be fine! Good luck!
