It went ok 👌, I ditched the app for the podcast which was more reliable and didn’t cut out and although the music wasn’t to my taste I was a bit busy trying not to die to be too concerned.
The first two one minute sessions were hard but I enjoyed the others as I seemed to find my rhythm. The first two are also a slight incline which doesn’t help.
Legs ache a little but not like before when I was already in pain with shin issues. Slower is much better and gives me time to get my breathing under control
