Just celebrating this wonderful programme and doing it for the second time. Am 60 and with a new fitbit for Christmas I realised it's not enough to achieve 10K steps a day just walking the dogs once a day. I enjoy the Me time and music time too. W1R1 done this morning. My husband starts this tomorrow too! So HNY everyone and good luck with the programme!!!
