1st week done and its been great. I've found that I actually think about what food I'm putting in my mouth now as realising how much exercise needs to be done to work it off, very thought provoking and nine times out of ten I have managed to resist the temptation. This has resulted in me losing 4lbs, in week one, long may this continue. Its got to make the C25k easier with less weight to take round. π€ β€οΈ π x
