Gutted, was all set to do W1R2 today but have woken up full of cold and lacking energy. Figured I'm going to give it a miss today as I know I haven't got the strength. I don't want to not achieve by attempting to do something when I'm not 100% as I'll know it'll demotivate me. Fingers crossed for tomorrow 😣

Poor you hope you’re feeling better soon! Completely understand the demotivating thing. I’m trying to be positive about the fact it’s going to take me three attempts at week 1 run 2!! Buts here’s to keeping on trying!
I’m sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. Don’t worry about missing out on a day. The run will still be there when you’re feeling better. Maybe go for a walk instead? Feel better soon x

Sounds like a very sensible approach.
You're fine to run with a cold, so long as it's not in your chest. But when you're feeling so lacking in energy too, there is no point going out when you know you should be taking it easy.
Get good rest and come back stronger
Thanks for the well wishes guys. Managed 7000 steps with my twin nephew and niece and British bulldog. Managed to achieve 4 active 10s, so not feeling I've let myself down much. Here's to tomorrow
