I have done my 2nd run of week one of the couch to 5k and as hard as it felt, after doing it I find myself having more energy, instead of wanting to sit iv kept looking to tick things off of my to-do list!
I'm looking forward to my run on Sunday as il be doing it solo, my first two runs iv been pushing my baby in the pushchair & with my 8 year old alongside me. So it will be nice to reflect whilst running ππββοΈ

Thank you, I do struggle with Anxiety - so when I complete a run my mind seems to feel clearer & less burdened, I think il be able to really appreciate my next run ππββοΈ
I love the mindful part of it. Being able to run and be out doing something and achieving. Well done.
Mindfulness is great, I'm trying to have a positive mindset each day & properly commiting to the couchto5k is definitely helping! π how are you finding it?

Well done, it really does make a difference to your general well being. I have much more energy, have started to be more conscious about what I eat and drink and generally feel a lot less sluggish. I also love the solitude of running when I clear my mind of everything on the to do list. Happy running π
