I have done my 2nd run of week one of the couch to 5k and as hard as it felt, after doing it I find myself having more energy, instead of wanting to sit iv kept looking to tick things off of my to-do list!
I'm looking forward to my run on Sunday as il be doing it solo, my first two runs iv been pushing my baby in the pushchair & with my 8 year old alongside me. So it will be nice to reflect whilst running ππββοΈ
