I graduated right before Christmas and after cross-training over the holidays, I'm back to running today! I just finished running 5.3 km and feeling great. Sweaty and tired, but accomplished. Hope everyone had a great holiday!

Good to hear from you that you enjoyed your run today, 5.3 km and feeling great, excellent.
I also ran a 5K today but not feeling so great after it, I intended to run a 10K, however, on the 4th kilometer my legs began to wilt and to avoid injury I terminated my run at 5K
