Feeling very proud that I have completed the C25K progressive programme, now need to maintain the 30 min runs, sensible to continue with 3x per week at my age (71), to actually achieve the 5k in the near future, as I run quite slowly.

Thanks GTFC, I know a little bit about C25K, I graduated on the 18th June 2018, running run 3 of week 9 along the promenade at Helensburgh, a town in the County of Argyle and Bute on the west coast of Scotland, by the way, I was there this morning, I took the train from Glasgow to Helensburgh and WALKED along the very same prom as I ran that day back in June 2018, this Wednesday I am going to run my 20th 10K as part of the HealthUnlocked HM or 10K virtual Autumn run.

Well done Yellowband! That’s brilliant 🤩. Running 3 times a week to consolidate sounds like a great plan - that 5k will be yours before you know it 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆.
