First run post graduation

Hi everyone, just to say firstly it’s been so good reading everyone’s posts through this journey. It really has kept me motivated through the programme. I graduated on New Year’s Eve. Did my first run of the year today. I thought I would start Strava as soon as I finished my warm up walk to see if a) I could manage 5k without stopping to walk and b) if I did how long it would take. Well I did it! And it took just under 36 minutes. I’m pretty pleased with that. If you’d told me that in October I would not have believed it! Keep going everyone, here’s to more great runs in 2020 xx
