Did week 4 run 2 this evening..had been a bit trepidatious about the jump from week 3 but itās all good. Managed a km in last 5 mins which surprised me..I always start off feeling pretty slow and sluggish and end up feeling more energetic and quicker but today I ended up feeling like Usain Bolt (well, maybe not quite! š¤£)
My son accompanies me on his bike every run which is lovely and keeps encouraging me ākeep running mumā and āgo faster mumā!
Plus Iāve noticed that my hair seems to be getting thicker, which is a bonus or a happy coincidence?! Has anyone else noticed changes like that?
