Well I decided to go for walk with my friend today as still not 100%. We walked 6 miles. Felt good to be out and give my legs bit of exercise as it’s been nearly 2 weeks. 😟.

Think by Monday I’m hoping I’ll be back to running again 🏃‍♀️. Think I’ll take it slow as cough is going but not gone. Hope you all had great Christmas and New Year. Here’s to good start for 2020 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🥳😃
