Just got in from run, something has shifted, today was the big jump from 90 sec to 3 mins, I was so worried about it. It was easy! I mean not even out of breath!? After the c25k I was ready for more so I added 30 min strengthen & flexibility session. I feel great!

When I think I couldnt even do 30 secs 4 weeks ago🏃‍♀️ and now I can run 180 sec!

Brilliant! Good for you.

Its amazing how well this program works. It can be quite daunting when you look ahead, but the program makes us ready for it.

I honestly think that half of the battle is a mental one. Certainly true for me!

But you've got a fantastic attitude and I just know you are really going to do well with this!

Well done to you Val183, that reminds me of a few runs that worried me when I was doing C25K last year, I was also worried about the 'jump' from 90 seconds to 3 minutes, but like you the run was OK. 😊

I think your last sentence should read that you could hardly run for 30 seconds, now I can run for 3 minutes, at the end of the 9 weeks you will be able to run for 30 minutes.
