Just got in from run, something has shifted, today was the big jump from 90 sec to 3 mins, I was so worried about it. It was easy! I mean not even out of breath!? After the c25k I was ready for more so I added 30 min strengthen & flexibility session. I feel great!
When I think I couldnt even do 30 secs 4 weeks ago🏃♀️ and now I can run 180 sec!
