Week 3 Run 1 Completed. ๐Ÿ‘

This run, for some reason and I donโ€™t know why, felt great. After my last run I still hadnโ€™t sorted out my breathing or pace. I needed to do some research before my next run. After researching how to help with the breathing and pacing myself. I started this run, by remembering to slow down, run on the middle of my feet and control my breathing. I did all of this and after running 3 minute sections I till felt good, although I can now start feeling the strain in my thigh whereas before I would get out of breath. It seems to be coming together bit by bit. ๐Ÿ‘

Well done! Slowing down is tough advice to sink in. At least that's what I found. I thought i was slowing down, but i took me 4 or 5 weeks to really slow down.

Sounds like you're getting the hang of this. And maybe starting to enjoy it a little?
