That the 3 runs of week 2 completed.....thinking of repeating them again to gain more confidence before moving on to week 3.... I felt good today .. legs not as stiff ... just a touch towards the end.... otherwise i am enjoying my sessions....

Well done.
Nothing wrong with repeating runs but it is also important to maintain momentum.

Congratulations on completing week 2 🎉 There’s nothing wrong with repeating a week if you feel you need to, but if you’re finishing each run and feeling happy and confident there’s no reason why you can’t move on 😊
I’ve just got back from my w2r3 and I’m going to complete it again next week. I found it a bit of a struggling so at least 1 more week for me at w2. Good luck 🏃🏼♀️

Like you at the end of each week I have thought about repeating the week as the following weeks runs look frightening as I found the week I had just completed a struggle. Each time I have bitten the bullet and went for the following week run (I can always drop back again if I cant do it). To my surprise I have then completed that week too. There is nothing to say you can't go back to week two if you attempted w3r1 is there?
