Well I can't quite believe I managed to run for 20 minutes without stopping. I feel great and Yogi dog loved it too. Looking forward to week 6.

Yes! Great run... that’s the landmark one, we signed up to get to running and you just achieved that.

Now... I dunno how you can break this to Yogi, there’s two more interval sessions coming up... but after them he can just run again!!

Great stuff well done , it is a milestone run , you have just ticked that one off 😊😊

I'm in the middle of week 4. how did you finf the jump from wk 4 to week 5?

Surprisingly smooth. I was a bit daunted when I saw the runs but just went for it. The podcasts really help me and some music with a good beat. Plus my dog keeps me going. You will smash it.

Wow this is great to hear! I have done run one of week 5 and really enjoyed it but am a bit scared of run three. So good to hear. Thanks!
