Did my final week 3 run on Boxing Day but didn't get round to posting on here until now.
Have gained a couple of pounds over Christmas so those are going to have to go.
Looking forward to my next run tomorrow.

Great you've now completed wk3 again. Don't worry about those few pounds you won't be long in running them off . Hope you had a nice Christmas 😊
