2nd run

Congratulations on running run 2 of week 1 of C25K, I am so glad that you enjoyed your run today, good support from your wife also helps you, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1 🏃🏾
Thanks. Have you managed to keep running after you graduated the course?
Yes indeed, I have ran very many 5K runs, 14 Parkruns and 4/10Ks since I graduated from C25K on 18th June 2018, on average I run twice a week, usually a Wednesday and Saturday, I know many runners run more often than that, however, I feel comfortable on the two days I run, that is the main thing, to enjoy the runs, I am sure you will enjoy your runs as well, irrespective on how often you run. 🏃🏾

Grrat you've now completed wk1r2 and you have the support of another runner. Your wife will be able to keep you on the right track. Good luck 😊
