Hiii! I’ve just downloaded the app, I’m 23 and used to be well into fitness! I then got too comfortable in myself and put all the weight I lost, back on 🙈

My friend sent me ‘couch to 5k’ and I just completed my first run 🤗

Yay! You're off the couch! That's the hardest part done - you put your trainers on and went out of the door. This is a great programme and it really works, so keep checking in here with your progress. Well done!

Well done, Boo! Wait until tomorrow, you'll be feeling every step you took today in aches and pains! Enjoy them, they get less and less with every run. You'll get stronger, your stamina will improve and you'll feel better about yourself. You've taken the first step to a fitter and stronger you. Well done.
