Evening all. Had my first iffy run today since starting the plan. Week 8, run 1 which is to run 28 mins and for some reason I struggled so much today, even though I wasn’t going fast I was so out of breath! I had to stop for a few seconds a few times which I didn’t have to do on the 25 minute runs. Do you think perhaps I was just tired or something?

You might have well have been tired. Usually if you're out of breath you've increased your pace without noticing . On your next run slow your pace down even more and see if it helps. Good luck and well done 🎅🎅

That’s funny - I did the same run today and found it tougher than usual. It was warmer - 8 degrees. The last few runs that I did was in 2-3degrees. I hate getting too warm and this makes a difference for me, the colder the better!
