That's a new one for me Imc50, you describe run 3 of week 5 as a "lung buster ", glad you enjoyed run 1 of week 6, however, you have only one more run of the walk run technique with run 2 of week 6 before a 'lung buster"25 minutes run of week 6, perhaps the reason that 20 minute run was so hard is that you ran too fast, for run 3 of week 6, drink plenty of water the day before you run it and run it a little slower than you ran run 3 of week 5.
