Rest day so just went out a walk, just 4.4k/7500 steps.
Hip n ankles feel worse than on a run day ππ

Mine is my knees. Ouch they are sore. Perhaps take an actual rest day and take the pressure off. I am sort of saying this to myself as I am very impatient!

Me too, feel I should be doing something on a rest day to keep me out the biscuit tin!!
