Mine is my knees. Ouch they are sore. Perhaps take an actual rest day and take the pressure off. I am sort of saying this to myself as I am very impatient!
Me too, feel I should be doing something on a rest day to keep me out the biscuit tin!!
Rest day exercise is great... walking is good.. swimming too, cycling, a days gardening or a housework blitz!!
