Another week completed. Out early on Saturday morning to get it done.

It felt like a good run setting me up me up for the next stage.

At my weekly post run weigh in the scales read 14st 0 llbs. This was my target weight for the year end so a little ahead of schedule. It brings my weight loss to 24 llbs.
