I just did 10k

I had never run in my life and seriously struggled to do the 60 seconds in week 1 when I started in July. I don’t usually do outside runs, preferring the treadmill. I did street runs around October time but properly hated it, not being able to regulate my speed. However I am on holiday at the moment so the treadmill isn’t an option and I managed 10k today on my third street run of the holiday. Feel a massive sense of achievement, and had a great view to match over the beautiful Moray Firth in Inverness.
