Advice please?

Completed W7R1 today but from waking up this morning I had a little twinge at the top of my thigh. Felt like a trapped nerve type twinge. Did my warm up walk and it seemed to ease off so started my 25mins run. Was ok for the first 20 mins but then started to feel the twinge. I wouldn’t say it was sore, just a niggle so I kept going. When it was time to walk I had this weird feeling like my legs were a bit jelly like. Anyway came home and had a hot bath with some Epsom salts which seemed to help. Now this evening the twinge seems to have travelled down the front of my thigh and gone in behind my knee cap. My foot feels a bit cold/tingly so it really does feel like a nerve.... any suggestions for what I should do? Tomorrow I will obviously rest but I hoping this isn’t going to turn into an issue. 😢 Any suggestions welcome 🙏🏼

Sorry to hear about your niggle. Have a read about PRICE for treating injury, sometimes hot baths are not the best. Good luck

Hi. Sorry to hear about that. I’m no expert and I’m sure others will be able to give better help but I wonder if it’s your IT band. I had problems with that but after some specific exercises and a couple of weeks rest all seems well now.

I agree with Grannytobe PRICE is my go to method for any niggles.

Hope you get sorted soon.
