Three months since I got up and running again with the C25k programme.
Sticking with and applying the rules and I am at present only running 3x30 mins and not quite 10k a week.
Trying to vary stuff but generally trotting around slowly for most of it.
Keep thinking of my first time through over a year ago and how I just burst through to a HM from the couch in around 6-7 months.Loved it but it’s not going to happen.
I have just got to be patient and for me hang tough.
The programme has put me more in control of my health and much more so what’s not to like.
