I’ve just been out with my daughter to run with her on her first C25k run. I’m so proud of her. She totally smashed it and never complained once. I’ve told her to get this app and follow the inspirational stories on here. Here’s to running C25k again but with company. I’m going to do these runs with her and at the weekend when it’s light, run on at the end so I keep my own distances up. Quite enjoyed it tonight.

Its lovely to be able to share the journey with your daughter. You should be chuffed she’s taking up something you enjoy 😊

That’s wonderful. 😄 - A special mum & daughter activity & time together. 🤗

My youngest daughter ( who is a sports “whippet”, while I am a snail) chums me along when she is home from uni and adds her own bits of faster running - we both so enjoy it & have space for our own pace. 😄

Yes I’ve got a younger “whippet” and an older daughter too who has started C25k in the past but doesn’t fancy the dark cold nights (sensible really!). It’s nice time together and lovely to see her so proud of herself. 😊
