-2 again this morning, I start up the app and prepare myself for the same session as Monday...... "WHAT?!!"

I took the phone out my pocket to check I was on the right week, I was. Two running sections of eight minutes each....

Same thing happened as Monday, my body was just not up for it, tired legs almost instantly and breathing much more laboured than it should have been. Again I just took in some deep breaths and ran through the aching legs settling into a very gentle pace making sure I breathed deeply.

For those a week behind, it was very do-able πŸ‘ I was surprised I managed to keep going and was relatively ok, obviously I was puffing when the first run was done but I did it.

I'd gotten as far in that one run as my halfway bell for the first couple of weeks so it was a great mental boost to have run virtually from my house to that half way point. This really is progress πŸ‘πŸ˜

Well done! These little boosters we get are reminders that we're going onwards and upwards. Following in your running steps next week! Always an insightful read. Thank you.

You're doing great , just keep it slow and slower again if needed . Your body can do so much more than you think and you've seen that today. Well done you 😊😊

Well done Remikins for pushing yourself on for longer than you expected to have to. Also your pace is obviously improving too if you're going further, you deserve to have that great sense of achievement. I bet that lovely warm glow will be with you all day now!

It was a shock to hear 8 minutes but I gave it a go and it was ok, so definitely happy with that
