W4R2 in the bag , even managed to incorporate dynamic stretches into my warm up walk ( equals I no longer care what I look like 😂). Calf’s tight at first and then they seem to melt into the stride . I am like a kid with a new toy with this running , one day I’ll even be able to keep up with my wife 😎. Cool runnings everyone .

Great effort, I love dynamic stretches as part of warm up, great to keep the locals entertained. Happy running

Im trying to ease them in so that I can remember a routine . Some of these workouts are complicated . I found a good “dynamic exercises for beginners“

video and I can make use of lampposts walls etc !

Brilliant you've found something that works for you. Careful you dont stick to the lampposts on frosty mornings 🤣 sorry that was a nasty thought. Take care

Haha . We’re in Bahrain at the moment so it’s 23 , our problem is it’s too hot sometimes .

Oh how lovely. Does add a little to the delights of running. I did week 6 in 26deg, entertained the locals by tipping water over my head as I ran.

Well done, you're 2 runs ahead of me and although I don't think I'll be incorporating lamp post stretches tomorrow morning, (clumsy devil I am I'd probably pull one over!). Keep on keeping on, it looks like you will crack this easily.
