I am stunned! Week 9 Run 1 - reached 5k... well just over. It turns my legs to jelly when I slow down for walking at the end. I'm so proud. I've ran in the pouring rain, wind and sunshine never missed a run. 30 min one totally wiped me out yesterday normally I feel energised afterwards. What do people do refuel afterwards food/drinkwise? I normally drink some water.

Excellent progress! Yes, definitely get more fluids in after and then whatever meal is appropriate, breakfast, lunch etc. If it's a long wait to the next meal an oat based snack bar is always good. I like Frusili bars.
