I wanted you guys to be the first to know, I’ve just run for a full 20 minutes well actually 21 minutes 52 seconds.
Jo told me I had 5 minutes left and that’s the last I heard from her. My Bluetooth earbuds battery had died, luckily I had Endomondo tracking my every move. 4.18km in 32:04 warm up and down walks included.
I feel absolutely brilliant!!!

Congratulations, enjoy your Guinness, you deserve it after running for just over 20 minutes, run 3 of week 5 is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊 🍻
Yeah, just looked at that, seems a funny one after the big jump from 8 to 20 minutes. But who am I to question anyone or anything that has just had me running for a full 20 minutes in only 5 weeks.
Well done 👍🏼 you will remember this one when you do the 25,30,35,40. Etc keep it slow find your all day pace and anything is possible. Welcome to the running world.
