Battle with my mind

My_couch_can_wait profile image

Just finished w6r2, and really needed to push myself. I wasn’t worried about this race and then ended up not getting it done as planned and the delays really made it tougher. Really had to push myself to do it and was so worried my mind would stop me from finishing, but i finished. So chuffed with myself and have realised really need to keep to my schedule, delays just make it worse.

It's NOT a race, well done on completing

run 2 of week 6, you can take as long as you like to complete any runs or week's, once you have completed run 3 of week 6 you will be officially a runner 🏃🏾,

Race? What race? You can't lose here, just keep putting one foot in front of the other 😉

Well done for getting out there 👍

Well done! If you keep on keeping on, and pushing on through then it does get easier with the mind, may not happen whilst on c25k but it does get easier as runs go on.. thing to remember is when the going gets really tough and you feel you can't go on then back off the pace and slow down more..

Thanks guys, having this forum and you guys is such a big help
