Did anyone else find that the interval 3 min walk seemed to disrupt their rhythm? Last 2 mins of the 2nd 10 minute section was probably the toughest so far,.
Now quite looking forward to R3 and see if a constant 25 minute run makes a difference!
Almost a ‘runner’ yay!!! 😂😂

Well done. You've survived the intervals (which for me was reason to celebrate). My advice would be to think back to W5R3; remember how you paced that and try to go a little slower if you can. That additional 5 minutes doesn't seem much on paper, but it can catch you out. Take it easy, and you'll get there and then it's on to the building to 30 mins over the last 3 weeks.
Wk6 run 1 and 2 does that to a lot of us. It's just preparing you for the longer runs which I'm sure you'll find better with no walking breaks. Well done you 🤗🤗
I’ve just completed this run today and have to agree with you. First time I’ve thought I might not finish. The 20 minute run at end of W5 was easier. Fingers crossed for next 25 min run 🤞
