So just a little update still running hoping to go tonight, weight staying around the same no losses to report. The big news is I have hit my final target for my fundraising for the BigHalf Marathon in March 2020 so anything above this is and will be a bonus. I managed to hit just over £1000 in 48 days. My reasons for doing it must have reached the purse strings. Now to keep the legs and muscles ticking over only 91 days to go.

I am just running as and when I feel like it and weather is good. Decided I will achieve the distance whatever happens. So doing runs of 3.5 miles or more each time and keeping the legs and muscles ticking over.
