I’m only managing once or twice a week just now, but jeepers some days are baltic. Any recommendations for winter leggings?

Layers.... Hat.... gloves... Buff.... and winter long sleeve top and leggings...Lightweight breathable jacket if necessary :)

I am still in my non winter gear apart from a warmer top for freezing fog days.

You can peel off layers if necessary...:)

Useful link here from davelinks too :)

I do end up in just a tee shirt by the time I finish, I’ve got myself a great high viz light jacket, but my legs are cold. But I am enjoying the colder temperatures, and managing more ‘freestyle’ running often going further than planned.

I already have 3 of the long sleeve tops and they are brilliant.

These are the bottoms .

I love decathlon. Mainly used it for riding stuff, not really looked at the running 🤷‍♀️, know what I’ll be doing tonight 🤭 and Christmas is coming.

I do warm up before leaving the house theres a good 5mins routinevon the nhs runners exercise site, saves that chilly warm up walk.
