Hey Guys,

Just started on the program so still a novice. Today was my last day of Week 2. Would like to thank the creator of the podcast.

Just 2 questions

1. Any plans of making the app available for the latest android version?

2. Are there any quick tips to loose weight while on this program?

This is not a weight loss programme and you may or may not lose weight, but you will find you feel fitter and healthier. Linked with a healthy eating regime, it is a winning routine:)

Maybe pop across to the NHS Weight loss forum.. many of the folk on here are there also, and find it works very well.

Do take it steady and slow.... keep posting for amazing support here and enjoy the whole nine weeks:) Well done you!

Hello Akhtarmo, great you've now completed wk2.

I have c25k on a Samsung phone and the runs and health unlocked are in the same place.

If you are mindful of what you are eating weight loss is possible but you have to be patient. I used the Samsung health app and typed in what I ate each day and stick to 1500 calories per day.
