Thank you to all who gave their top three running songs...around week 3 of my c25k. Any more ideas just post below please. Spotify and earbuds are the key to my success.
I've completely changed my thinking. I am amazed at the mental changes in me.
I get out of bed and just go for it!
When the wind and rain was driving into me at 7.30am this morning, I just thought 'The wind and rain will be pushing me forward on the route home.'
I'm running up some seriously steep hills...again my mind starts telling me to go into first gear. Going slowly will get me there. And does.
I'm working out on a cross trainer on the inbetween days. That makes me drip!
Next time I post I'll be a graduate.
