Pap17 here got a 5k in last night in between the bloody rain showers yesterday. Just keeping the legs ticking over putting the miles on. Hope everyone is doing ok?

Just posted...wind and rain and the dark is still a better combination than watching the minutes slowly tick by on the treadmill. Doesn't it make you feel So Alive!

Last night was great it was quite warm as well very little wind and wasn’t raining. I loved it me and my music.

Can I ask what app are you using? I'd like to know about elevation.

Of course I am using the free section of Strava. What you see is some of the outputs you get.

Dear God that route has freaked me out - how on earth did you come up with it???(my need for straight lines is screaming at me now!!) well done anyway!

Haha, at that time of the evening running by street lights and wide footpaths and just running to music as Strava was set to walk with no guidance so just run until I had covered 3.5 miles. A lot of my runs look like this as it depends on whether you want to run up or down or even both on some of the inclines around me.

Not what you're looking for?
