So, just completed run 2, 25 min. _ran around my village, interestingly, legs felt very heavy for the first 5 min and felt like stopping, headwind blowing, but kept going and energy just came back and managed to complete it, with a bit faster at the end. Worked out I ran 3.7 k in 25 min, not great, but getting better.

Going to have to improve to make a park run though

3.7k in 25 minutes, of course it's great . Could you have ran 25 minutes non stop 8 weeks ago. Be pleased and proud. Well done you 🤗🤗

I hadn't appreciated how much difference the wind makes until I tried running in it. I shouldn't have been surprised, it's the same on my bike.
