0700 off blocks in the rain pre breakfast. Wasn’t sure how it would go as I had done strength exercises and a cycle yesterday and wasn’t feeling madly energetic but got out there.
Better route with only one mad puppy today and all completed.. phew! Thought last run was going to be tough as I was beginning to wilt but somehow it all picked up again and came in with a grin 😁.

Any run that ends with a grin is a good run, well done for getting out there and completing week 5 run 1.
