Just ran this , blimey found it hard today. Did w9r1 on Tuesday . Not sure if to try repeating this run as it was a gap between or just go ahead with run 3 ?

Trying, but did go out on a family party on Saturday and did have a few tipples that I don’t very often have! Maybe I was still a bit dehydrated, am going to try running Tuesday as I have a short shift

My w9r1 and 2 were brilliant. My w9r3 was awful and I cried. I’d gone to my daughters so we cd run our graduation run together, it was really hot, we ran later than I usually do, it was a dif route, “ I never wanted to run anyway it was all your stupid idea” halfway round....I was all set to pack in running ..... 2 days later I went and ran for 5k in 40 mins and felt glorious!! 😁

Some runs are harder than others. Put it behind you and carry on.

Yes I was a bit later today and could only just squeeze it in before taking son to work. Fantastic 5k result!

That was about 18 months ago now. I’m currently on the IC recovering from nasty virus and chest infection. It’s been over 5 weeks since I’ve run and I might have to do C25k again to get going again.

Just the gremlins at work!! You can SO DO THIS! Keep well hydrated between now & Tuesday. Go out & enjoy it like never before. Take it extra slow especially the first half & keep a lookout 👀 we will all be there at the finish line waving you in!!!! 👍😀

Just do run 3 then your consolidation runs will help get those muscles a bit stronger so you can run a steady half our

The difference in muscle tone and shape has amazed me, i didn’t expect my shape to change so much and i now have quite well defined leg muscles that i’m proud of and so should you be.
