So week 7 run 3 is done! It had its moments...coldest morning yet here, knocked my headphones out trying to pull my buff over my ears, had to stop to tie shoelaces, some idiot bloke yelled at me (pick your knees up) as I ran past him, then saw my reflection in the window as I got home and felt fat and grotty and sweaty and depressed I’ve lost no weight (I know weight loss is not about exercise or 80% diet 20% exercise and didn’t expect to lose through running but it’s still quite depressing to feel like the fat woman running and getting shouted at).
Anyway...I did it! And I still got those endorphins afterwards so pleased with myself. My usual schedule is slightly out of joint this week so would normally take two rest days and start new couch 25k week on Saturday, but think will be starting on Friday with just one rest day instead...bring it on 😊
