I was doing so well with c25k. I got to W8R2 but then developed an acute chest infection followed by my back going on me. After a few weeks i just couldn’t get back in the zone. It’s now been 7 weeks and I’m ready to start again. In my head I’m thinking start from the beginning? What do you think?

As you already got to wk8 you could try doing one run off each week and see if you can manage. If it's too much you might need to go back to the beginning. Good luck 😊
Bit yuck but as much because I've not been sleeping well. Legs are perfect 😀 thank you for asking. I'll not do long runs until we get a break in the weather. Still below zero here but we are surrounded by beautiful white mountains so it's to be expected.
I did a run from week 1 last night and found it really easy so I’m going to do 1 run from each week every other day till I start to struggle then start from the beginning of that week. Thank you for all the advice. So much appreciated 🤗
