Hi all merry Christmas!

I’ve lost my mojo so the plan is a kick start in the New Year! So I’m going to start C25K from scratch - on my treadmill - wish me luck! Wondered if anyone had found their mojo better this way rather than just picking up where they left off? Ps I have been walking lots with my dog so not given up on exercise! 🐶

I did this earlier this year, I’d completed C25k before lockdown 1 and then lost my mojo during the lockdown. Restarted with a friend in late Spring and almost got to the end when my friend had to pull out because of ankle issues. I’ve been more or less sticking to my running since then. We have had some traumatic events in December so I’ve hardly run at all but planning to get out there tomorrow. Good luck with your restart and hopefully your mojo reappears. 👍

Hi, don't worry about starting over again, and don't feel you have to go right back to week 1. I dropped off mid September after a week away, and struggled to do one run a week in October. I had three weeks off running, then one day I just went out for a run to see how far I got and managed a 25 minute slow run with no ill effects.

Just set off for a run with an open mind and see how you go. Good Luck!

Great plan Sammy-Lou I think it's nice to cover old ground especially if you lost your mojo due to maybe pushing too hard. The next time round I reckon you'll find that as you know more about how to run you'll find it easier.
