Looking for advice, started week 1 (decent running shoes). Did my 3rd trip out on week 1 last night and now have pain walking and my left knee is hot and swollen (above and behind the joint). Am gutted as I really enjoyed last night.
Any advice welcome.

We here at C25K are not medical experts but we can advise runners if pain persists after any runs NOT to do any runs until any pain heals, if it doesn't within a few days it is better to seek professional advice from a health centre or a doctor, sorry about your injury Vaccs, no more runs until your injury heals.
😩Feel for you!! However the runs will wait for you! Get some medical advice as advised here. Put your feet up and read all the running links that you haven’t had time to before.
