EVERY increase in time had me almost convinced I wouldn't be able for it. Asthma for starters - but I eventually learned that trying to catch my breath was less effective than simply slowing down :)

Slow running is hard, but key :) You got this far, you can go all the way, slow and steady :)

Read the "newbie" posts of graduates and you will see you are in good company ☺

Wishing you many happy miles in your future ☺

Well done Medusa! Each new week is sent to challenge us, but you’ll look back on each week and wonder what all the fuss was about! It’s a clever programme. 😀

Sounds like you may be running a bit too fast? Try slowing right down if your breathing is troubling you. It doesn’t matter if you’re travelling slower than walking pace. ‘Embrace your inner snail’ and you’ll find it’s better! 🐌🐌

Good luck, and brilliant so far! 👏👏

Snails rock - def the way forward to help with being out of breath😊

Well done for nailing it though - you're building stamina every time you keep going. Good luck for rest of week x

I'm almost regretting coining the phrase "Embrace your Inner Snail" long ago, but then again maybe I'm not :-)

Don't worry about the breathing at the moment. Just breathe as you normally would and slow down if you need to.

When you're a bit further along, rather than matching your breathing to your feet (which is what you may be trying to do now) match your feet to your breathing. So that may force you to take smaller, faster steps. Which is a good thing.
