A little 3.5 k on a Sunday morning

So built up over the week to 27 mins and feels good. Probably need to consolidate this now as I know I’ve broken the 10% rule ( by some margin) but have been listening to my body and for my own motivation needed to get back to where I was more or less and have not been couch since I stopped. Still need to try and get a mid week run somehow but any running is better than none currently! Have a good week folks !

Great running purplewalker. You're right you do know your own body. Maybe just stick to what you've built up for a few weeks then gradually add on if you want. Good luck and enjoy the rest if your day 😊😊
