Starting Over

In the end I decided to go right back to the beginning and start again. So this morning it was up early and out the door on week 1 run 1.

All went well considering that I haven't run for 4 weeks and the event in between.

I was delighted with how the run went and the pace was much faster than when I last did this run back in August.

I will continue with the programme from here. Onwards and upwards.
